All areas are inspected and a full report to include the appliances and major sytems inside the home are functioning as needed.

A Commercial Real Estate Inspection is much more inclusive than a home inspection: eneral condition of a residence at the time the inspection was conducted. The commercial property includes any and all features of the property that can be safely tested or inspceted , not just and predetermined list that excludes non-standard items such as security alarms, elevators,parking and industrial machinery
